Rate of Foreclosures are dropping

A year ago today forclosures were up 32% compared to the forclosure rates posted by CNNMoney. This marks the 7th straight month in a row that the number of forclosures has decreased. There area few reasons analysts believe the foreclosure rate has been improving since November of 2010. Essentially, banks are doing more than ever to help people keep their home. Hosted by the San Diego Floral Association, it's the organization's major fund raiser each year. The average home sold at a price of $1,639,588 and a average square foot price of $729. Properties in Coronado spent an average of 107 days on the market. The Coronado Real Estate market also has a total of 238 Coronado Homes and Coronado Condos for sale. The average price for a Coronado property is $1,982,559 with an average of $846 per square foot.
