Getting a Face Lift

The plan to renovate the Coronado Yacht Club is moving forward. The Board of Port Commissioners gave them the green light to move forward with the new expansion plan where 108 new boat slips will be added, more parking spaces and a new clubhouse is to be built. This means that the old clubhouse need to be demolished, a bigger sailing facility as well as a maintenance shop and a multi-purpose building. A great benefit to Coronado Condo and home owners are the planned additions for the junior sailing program that will allow them to accommodate more that the already 300 participating youths.
