San Diego Bay's Upcoming Plans

Las Vegas & Disney Inspired Theme

Posted on January 24, 2012 by SD Residential Team.

Right outside the Northeastern part of Coronado lays the usually peaceful and pretty uneventful San Diego Bay where sometimes you can see the cruise lines, sail and motor boats and other vessels slowly take its time across from one side to the other.

This uneventful place is about to do the opposite as the New York based event planner, Lewis Siris have big plans for the bay for the years of 2012 and 2013. His report that has been presented to the San Diego Unified Port District board is called “Re-Eventing San Diego Bay”. How about a Las Vegas or Disney inspired theme with sculptures in shapes of sea monsters? How about dance performances, boat races and art installations?

Coronado Home  and Coronado Condo owners and residents in the Bay Front, Coronado Cays and the Ocean Front neighborhoods will soon be aware of all the new action that might take place shortly should the board decide to move forward with the $300,000 annual plan. Stay tuned for more info.
