Each of the 15 floors contains 10 units offers one, two and three bedroom designs. Each floor offers the following with minor exceptions:

Home Owners Association Fees for Cabrillo Tower

Cabrillo Tower HOA fees range from $500-$800. HOA fees include common area maintenance, internal and exterior landscaping, external maintenance, gated community and trash services. HOA Fees are determined by the board at the annual HOA meeting held during the 4th quarter of the year. For the most part, monthly fees are determined by the number rooms the condo has. Historically, fees are not determined by square footage or the floor the unit resides on.
