Las Flores HOA
HOA fees include common area maintenance, hot water, internal and exterior landscaping, external maintenance, sewer, cable TV, and trash services. HOA Fees are established by the HOA board at the annual HOA meeting toward the end of the year. The number of rooms in a unit plays a large role in determining the HOA fees for the residents.
